The only negative thing I would point out though, is that in the middle of the ski season when most of the hotel guests will have come to ski, it was a big shock and a source of huge frustration to be told, only when we arrived, and in an unfriendly way every evening, that the hotel shuttle bus only picked people up from the slopes and took them back to the hotel between 3.30 and 4.30pm.
